Every day, 9:00 – 18:00
We usually reply within an hour while the shop is open. Outside those hours we answer as soon as we are back.
Pick-up at the shop
Collect your bike at 47A Nam Ky Khoi Nghia. We go through it with you, sign the contract and set up your helmet and phone holder before you ride off.

How to find the shop
We are tucked down an alley, which is good for parking and bad for map pins. Here is the short version.

Open: Every day, 9:00 – 18:00
- Walk or ride along Nam Ky Khoi Nghia street (near the Dalat Market area).
- Turn into the alley at number 47 — the shop is about 2 minutes in.
- Look for our round blue-and-black logo sign on the brick wall (photo above).
